Installation & Liability Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing us for your home water purification needs. Please review our liability and warranty terms regarding the installation and operation of your new system.

1. Installation Guarantee

We take pride in our workmanship. We offer a 30-day complimentary leak repair service from the date of installation. If you notice any leaks at the connection points made by our technicians within the first 30 days, we will return to repair those specific connections at no cost to you.

2. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, [Company Name] is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to your home or property resulting from:

  • Equipment failure.

  • Leaks caused by installation.

  • System malfunctions or bursts.

By proceeding with the installation, the homeowner acknowledges that water filtration systems involve pressurized plumbing and inherent risks. [Company Name] will not be responsible for the costs of flooring, drywall, cabinetry, or any other property remediation due to water damage.

3. Homeowner Insurance Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that their homeowner’s insurance policy includes coverage for water filtration systems and any potential water damage resulting from plumbing appliances. We strongly recommend notifying your insurance provider of the new installation.

4. Equipment Warranty vs. Property Damage

Most systems come with a Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Please note the following distinctions:

  • What is covered: We will facilitate the replacement of faulty equipment or components that fail within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

  • What is NOT covered: The equipment warranty does not cover home damage, labor for remediation, or property loss incurred from a leak or faulty equipment.

Notice to Homeowner: By scheduling and accepting installation, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any damages to the premises exceeding the physical replacement of the filtration unit itself are your responsibility.
